The project

Our client wanted to invest in Paris with the objective of asset rental investment. Our hunter found a studio in which to create a sleeping area, for the comfort of the future tenant (s). This 25m2 studio has therefore been optimized and reconfigured into T2. Small spaces have potential, the most important thing is to optimize them thanks to works for example. Our architects also do everything they can to create a crush among future tenants!
